Jesus, Savior, Messiah, Lord, salvation, light, joy, peace, eternal life and more; all of these are connected to the Christmas story.
Salvation: "...She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins" (Matthew 1:21 NIV).
Light: "For my eyes have seen your salvation...a light for revelation to the Gentiles and the glory of your people Israel" (Luke 2:30-32 NIV).
Joy: "But the angel said unto them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all people'" (Luke 2;10 NIV).
Peace: "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests" (Luke 2:24 NIV).
Eternal Life: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16 NIV).
None of the above would be truly possible without Jesus Christ. You can have it all.
Now that you know that all of these things and more can be yours, you can experience and have them not just at Christmas, but all year around. I trust that this Christmas will transcend to a greater hope and blessings, both now and beyond.
