It is easy to succumb to fear when things seem beyond our control. It easy to call it quits when nothing aligns, the challenges increase, opposition mounts and fear causes us to want to shrink back. Jesus, the one, who for sheer joy of reaching the goal, endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the Father's right hand, is our perfect example (see Hebrews 12:1-3) to press on and press through in faith until we reach the goal, no matter the challenge, or struggle or opposition. I wanted to quit and give in and give up many times, because I was afraid, that I would come out on the losing end. But when I looked to Jesus and trusted him with all the faith, I had left in me, I discovered, that faith is greater than fear. Try it!
